You are more empty space than you are solid. You tend to think of yourselves as solid filled in matter.

You are not; your scientists have proved it. You are made up of atoms and atoms have empty spaces. Also, we remind you that you are also at the same time a non physical being. As above so below.

This body that you inhabit is not all there is to you. It is not the be all and end all of you.
