You are the trigger

After a few years of listening to us our typist began to understand that “everything we have been taught and told to believe is upside down and sideways to the reality of the truth.”

Now all these years later she is just beginning to grasp the true enormity of that statement.

You have been taught to believe that what happens outside yourself is the trigger for your emotions/feelings. When it is your emotions/feelings the trigger that which you experience. Again friends, you experience your beliefs. You create own reality. If you would begin to see your thoughts as events that you will then experience you might begin to know/understand the importance of consciously thinking.

If you can discard the notion that there is an event (stimuli) and then there is your reaction to said event that then forms your emotions. What we would like you to begin to realize that the thought fueled by your emotion creates the event. Again, your thought fueled by your emotion based on your belief fuels the event.

WE just needed to throw belief in there in case you thought we had forgotten about it.
