Belief in us won’t do it, belief in you is a must. You can say that you believe in that which we speak and then sit back and wait for the good things to roll in. Actually you are more in control or not of all that you experience than just belief in us. So, we say to you be aware of how you think. Be aware of how you believe, be aware of what you say. For most of you create by default and then find fault with the universe for what you are experiencing.

We wish to speak with you today, about the word reflection and how it is a universal tool in breaking down the concrete box that you have built. Reflection is a tool for cleaning out the belief box and it is necessary that you learn to use it as a surgeon would use a scalpel to cut out a cancer. It would be to your benefit if you would take time to examine your beliefs and to reflect upon whether or not the serve you. You can tell if they do or not by what you are experiencing. If you are enjoying what you are living, then reflecting on those beliefs that are bringing joy into your world will continue to bring you more.

Otherwise we offer this for example, If you hold a belief that “it matters not how hard I work or what wonderful ideas I have because someone will always show up to take it from me, and I don’t know why they do that to me because they have so much and I have worked so hard and have nothing and they want to take the little I have away.” Now, how you know that you hold this belief in your box is that is shows up over and over in your life. You work hard to get a little ahead and the engine goes in your car…money saved now gone. You work harder and share an idea you’ve been thinking about with someone, and they take your idea and make millions. We are sure you get the idea.

This is how it works, you hold a belief and because like attracts like and you are a creator, your belief goes to work for you by using the Law of Attraction to line up the evidence that matches with your belief and you soon experience what has been lined up in physical results.
You can meditate and we think that’s a good thing, and you can work on raising your vibration/frequency also a good thing, although if you want to see long term manifestation of a joyful, abundant life you must, you must reflect upon and sweep into the dust bin old beliefs that do not serve you.

You can say, “I remove anything that is in my belief system that no longer serves me”, not a bad starting place but is a bit like putting a Band-Aid on a broken leg. More effort is required from you than that; you must be awake and aware. There needs to be recognition of truth that this is not working for me. So you could start with something like this conversation with you inner self, “Ok I have been experiencing this and I am aware that it is based on this belief that I hold and I find that I am not particularly happy with what I am experiencing. I know that my experiences are brought to me by my thoughts and beliefs lining up with physical evidence that prove them to be true. Therefore creative BEing that I AM, I AM using my power of Choice to choose again by eliminating that belief from my inner self and saying to it,  this. “Self together we are magnificent creators and we desire in our creating together to find evidence that there is abundance and joy and friendship to be experienced by us. Go out now into the vastness and bring us evidence of this”.

You could then strengthen that conversation by adding an intention that would go something like this, “Word I AM Word, through this intention to experience the joyous abundance and friendship that this time/space reality can bring to me. It is with joyous expectation that I look forward to my inner self proving me correct by lining us up with many, many experiences that are evidence that we are correct in our assumption. Word I AM Word.

Then friends, sit back and TRUST that the universe will bring you the evidence. Once it is done…it is done and requires now only SURRENDER, ALLOWING and TRUST.
