The world is filled with joy untold
Yours to find and behold
The trick is that you must see
See that which is in front of you

You all look at your surroundings
Although few of you see them
Joy is not a thing that just appears
It is not handed to you in a box

Joy is perspective you obtain
From your way of seeing your universe
Joy bubbles up from inside of you
It has always been part of you

You have only lost it
In your effort to succeed
You have lost the beauty
Of being physical

Joy is the way the sunlight
Hits the leaves and reveals
Color, form and dimension
Joy is in the wonder of a leaf

Joy is in the lines and planes
Of a city skyline
The architecture of the buildings
And the minds that created them

Joy is in perfect cup of coffee
The smile a small child
The sparkle in an old persons eyes
But you must seek Joy

It is not outside of you
It bubbles under the surface
Release your joy, Release your heart
In this there is freedom

Strength, of integrity

When met with adversity you have
Deep inside of you a well
Placed there by the Creator
At your beginnings

Placed there so you
Can reach inside and aid you
In the worst moments
The strength of the Creator

When the new life abounds
It is our desire to reassure
That as spring is renewal

So is death a renewal
When you see each winter end
When see the flowers begin to grow
Re-know that so it is with you

The end of one winter/life
Brings the spring/reincarnation
You are an eternal Being
You will always spring forward into new

New experiences for the joy of it
New desires to create
New expressions of who you BE
Live this life fully

But if you leave something undone
It is but for awhile
Till you return
No regrets

At first there came just one
Then soon there were one hundred more
What is this space
And who are you
We arrived how
I was there and now I AM
There was only I
Now there is You and We
How can so many BE

You came to see what you could see
You came to be the best you could be
You came to test you against you
You came in answer to who AM I
You came because you could

You and they and we are One
And when you leave
One you will be
Flowing free

An eternal ocean of One being, being many
Floating in the cosmos
Until once again

There are questions asked
There are answers given
But do you listen
Your spirit whispers to Spirit
Spirit always answers
But do you hear
Nothing asked for goes ungiven
But do you accept then the gift

 

Most say “Oh that cannot be”
“I just imagined that, it did not really happen”
“Is that voice speaking to me good or evil?”
Do you not remember that you just asked?
Spirit always answers
Now you need to hear

The Spirit in me sees the Spirit in you

Beauty overwhelms when looking out from Spirit
The inside of me looking at the outside of me
Spirit sees that which has been created
Whole, perfect and complete
Each one as they should be
Truth be told if we but for one moment could see others, as Spirit does
Races, religions and politics would not matter at all
The Spirit in me sees the Spirit in you

The voice of Spirit comes to you on the wind; in that faint almost message, in a word, the smile of a stranger, the butterfly that flies by your shoulder as you walk, and the voices in the shower. Get in the shower with an issue that needs resolving and get out with an inspired solution (soultion), where do you think the resolution came from? The song in your head when you wake up in the morning can either drive you crazy or bring inspiration; your choice. Can you hear the almost words in the noise of a fan. Ghosts, probably not Spirit maybe if you can allow the noise to take a back seat you might be surprised what you can hear. If you ask for Guidance it is given, then you must recognize it when it shows up. Things are not handed down in black and white and on a silver platter. It is your mission then to be open and to expect the unexpected. That horse of course could sprout wings and fly you to the moon for a different perspective on the issue. It hasn’t happened to me yet, but I keep asking.

How to visit the Spirit Well
Spirit well is found deep inside of you
You are the only one who has the key

If in this life experience you find one who has attained a state of being that you admire or desire; let their ability to do so serve as a statement that you also can attain such a state. It is not necessary that they become then Guru to you and that you must copy their method of attaining step by step without variation. These beings are proof positive that attainment is possible and their life demonstrates that if they can, so can you. You must know then that you have inside of you a spirit well that contains the key to your own attainment of what is desired. Each being has their own path to follow, and although bits and pieces of others methods might help; you will be most successful when you put said pieces together in your own way. You are not alone in this endeavor there are always non-physical beings/Angels ready to step up and help. First you must ask. Then you must listen.

In every word
Choices must be heard
Heard by Spirit
Heard by Soul
What you say to you
What you say to them

Let us speak today of the ability of words to create the universe that you reside within. Inside every word there is a spark of energy which draws to it like energy. Words spoken kindly draw to it others which resonant at the same frequency and at the moment they combine a small nuclear explosion (small big bang) occurs creating more kindness in your future moments. Creation occurs moment to moment, that is the critical point behind our request that you each stay in this moment. This second is all you have to live and to create. If you bring past moments into this moment, then your next moment is filled with more of the same. Likewise if you bring the wanting (lack of) something not yet yours into this moment you draw to yourself “lack of” in your next moments.

Only in the now, not in the was or when.
Only in the here, not the there or then.

In this moment all possibilities exist in your universe, not probabilities. Probable outcomes are created depending on whether you are bringing past or future into your now moment. Child… your society is very fond of convincing you to bring past hurts and future wants into your now; we are aware of the constraints that hold you in place. Breaking free of past and future is what we are asking of you. We feel you asking how, tools, please tools and for that instruction book yet again. If we gave you an instruction book, it would be placed on the shelf with all the other program books…impressive but unopened. So we come to you in your now moment, we have given tools meditation, rhymes to distract the mind. These tools allow unbroken(unblemished) flow of all that is into this moment. We hear you saying been there, done that, how; we are asking that you keep these practices on going in your daily experiences. Choosing the words that you speak is the next tool that we have been speaking of with you today. When you go back and read these words you will realize this.

We leave you to ruminate on possibilities vs probabilities and to make your choice.
