It goes like this you understand
What you see is not what you get
It’s what you send out
That’s returned to you
Be the best you
And the best is returned to you
It is LAW

We will offer some explanation of this, it is not as you have been told, YOU have the ability to control what comes to you in life. If your belief is one based in fear and lack of what is wanted then that is exactly what your life will show you.

So, we say to you choose again, choose to be the most Christ like being you can. Show kindness freely to those around you. Choose to turn the other cheek and see that which is beautiful in your world instead of that which is ugly. Put no energy into the things your news media shows you….they create fear, for fear is what keeps you watching.

This is the thing we say to you, most of that which surrounds you is not true. Those that would control you will keep you in fear. They would have you choose to exclude others who do not believe as your group does. We ask you how Christ like is it to condemn a being for believing their truth? Where in any teaching of those who came before to show the way is there acceptance of condemning others? Where is LOVE?

The Omnipresent You

I Am love

I AM truth

I AM frequency

I AM omnipresent

We are coming forth today to chat with you about the I AM presence, the omnipresent you.

The I AM frequency is that of the Christ consciousness, not that of the man Jesus of Nazareth, he was a Christed Being, but it is not him we wish to discuss. Every being has the within herself the ability to become a fully conscious Christed Being. You are a frequency that vibrates and the frequency at which you vibrate calls to you everything, and every being that vibrates on the same frequency that is LAW. Now understand that your frequency is constantly changing and is something over which you have absolute control, it is entirely your choice to bring your frequency into an awareness of your alignment with the Creator. It is the desire to know this frequency/resonating that you are feeling the pull of, when you begin your search to truly know yourself and why you are here in this time space reality. It is when you begin to truly understand the significance of you as a Christed Being that your real work in this physical incarnation begins. This is not something that will be accomplished by your simply reading our missives to you. The path to fully Christed Being is a thing you must take responsibility for accomplishing, we are here only to aid you to align yourself with that frequency. For a word spoken carries with it great power to create and by reading these words, the change begins, if you so choose.

I AM the Christed Being that is you.

Today we will get direct to our conversation, we wish to speak with you about your I AM presence, the part of you that is never out of connection with the Divine Creator. So many of you are unaware that you are by virtue of your existence a Christed being, one who is a physical representation of the Creator experiencing. You contain within your aura an unbroken connection to the Creator, the thing that disconnects you is your thoughts and only your thoughts. It is you, yourself that keeps you from attaining the life that you desire. These may sound like very strong words, but in truth that is the reality of things. You chose to come into the physical to experience and know your Divinity in this time space reality and the part of you that senses that something is missing or that you need “to go home” is the part that is calling you to re-know this connection to Divine Creation.

Now we will give you some ways or tools if you will to help you re-Know, we do not like your word remember, because is this instance there is the part of you that did not forget who you are and what you came here to do. So we are asking that those of you who have made the choice in this moment, or in a previous moment to walk the path of enlightenment or self-discovery (neither word is perfectly matching to the energy being received…but is the best I can do right now. The Typist) explore with us some of the ways of maintaining the connection.

I AM that I AM, or your I AM presence requires that you are consciously aware of the connection to Creation and the power that you hold within you to Create your reality as you would wish to have it. We suggest that you being by simply breathing and repeating to yourself, I AM that I AM, several times a day. This will easily awaken in you the thought, action to begin to program the I AM connection into your consciousness. The thought – I AM that I AM, the action – Breathing consciously. Many of you forget to stop and smell the roses as it were.

Another tool of course is meditation; we mention this often because it is so very powerful and once you have accomplished the ability to do very relaxing. There are many guided meditations on your internet and we will leave it up to you to find your way to something that will resonate with each individual. We do gently suggest that a guided meditation is a good way to begin the process of learning to meditate and that you should do so daily.

Another suggestion is that you begin to have conversations with the Divine as though you are speaking over a cup of tea. The idea here is that when you meet with and talk to a Being they become your companion/friend/advisor. You demystify the connection to the Divine.

Taking full advantage of the promise, “ask and you shall receive”, also begin to ask the Angels around you to help you. You are never alone; there are always Angelic Beings around you who desire to aid you in your quest. There is not a request to simple or too ridiculous that it will not be answered. Our typist asks for help getting on the interstate and negotiating heavy traffic safely, as an example. 

There is another part to this that is critical, when you ask you must be ready to receive. We have spoken together on this topic before, when you ask it is given. The image our typist has been given is a huge gift basket, beautifully woven and every request you have ever made of the Divine is in there ready for you to receive. The part that is not working for you is this. You need to be in receiving mode, to know that you are worthy and to be thankful for the gift in the basket. A tool that will help you is to begin expressing gratitude not only for what you do have that is good, but what you do not yet have. It is good if you express out loud, by doing so you take advantage of the power of the spoken word to draw energy to you.

We leave today hoping that you will begin your journey to re-knowing who you are.

Reflect on your choices up to this point
Your non physical self will call to you
There is a pull to go inside and reflect
If you turn away from this examination of self
The pull will come back harder next time
It is a necessary thing for the wellness of you
An inner inspection of how you feel about you
Is your integrity intact
Is your mind in control or is your heart
You speaking to you with honesty and the Grace of the Creator
Blame needs to be put squarely on your shoulders
Then gently forgive yourself
Love must start with Love of self

Casting out all doubt and fear,

With wings of cosmic Victory.

Grieve not Beloved

He turned water into wine
He turned death into life
In that lesson there is no lack
In that example there is no death
Why then to you grieve
For those that have gone before
You grieve for yourself and not for them
For they know the beauty of oneness
You grieve for relationship lost
You grieve for words yet unspoken
You grieve for those who have gone beyond the veil
In truth if the words had been spoken
Or relationship maintained nothing would be different
They would still be gone beyond
And you would still be here
Know you not that the veil is as thick as you choose
Open your mind and heart and look for the signs
Pennies from heaven…they do exist
Feathers floating to the ground in front of you
A flower on your path when it should not be there
The stars, or the moon shining extra bright
The obstacles that part and clear your way
The voice softly spoken in your heart
“I am not gone, only unseen”
“Listen and I will tell you”
“If you will do this thing, all will be well”
Open the ears in your heart and hear
The voices from beyond the veil

There is music everywhere
Can’t you hear it, it’s in the air
The music of the universe
Flows in and out of you
If you are aware
Take a breath and hold it there
Let the music become you
The frequency at which you vibrate
It’s a tool offered free from above
The music in the beauty of a sunrise
It fills your core with hope for the day

It is when you begin to dread opening your eyes to face what lies before you that your vibration goes awry. If you can hold within you the music sent by the universe and put your thoughts on the back burner of your mind, not allowing them to intervene in the music you will find a better day before you. Then if you can capture that music and hold onto it tomorrow and even better day and soon you will find your core is filled with joy and you begin to wonder what you dreaded about facing your days.

Going HOME
Going home without despair
Going home without a care
Going HOME
Leaving earthly struggles behind
Unzipped out of the body broken
Going HOME with joy
Going HOME to blessed ONENESS

We have come today to talk with you about the process of leaving and going home. We used “home” as a metaphor for dying as do many of our human friends. Most of you have “lost” a loved one. is not odd how you speak of those who have transitioned to non-physical as gone, lost, passed, when in truth they are not lost. They are not lost to you or themselves. You have lost your ability to “see” them with your physical eyes. Truly, that is the only thing that is lost, it is still possible to feel and hear them, to know that the one you love is still accessible to you. The departed ones have many ways to commune with you, smells, music, pennies from heaven, flashing lights that are not turned on, etc.
So it then becomes your “job/duty”, should you wish to have contact with your non-physical family to set yourself to receive their communications. You KNOW that you can do this, there are plenty of you who do so on a regular basis. Mediums will do it for you. We suggest to you that every being is able to receive the messages from those who are now non-physical, to do so you must be aware of your now moments, for that is when they come most easily, when you are in this moment and aware of what is happening around you. The next time you smell the cigarette brand that you associate with your Grandfather, when no one around you is smoking, take a moment to acknowledge his presence and soon he will come again and if you listen with your heart you will hear his words.

There is a story that you’ve been told
That the streets of heaven are paved with gold
They are paved with gold that’s true
But the streets are inside you
There is something you haven’t been told
That everything you need
Is found inside of you

Somewhere in the stories that have come down through your many generations of human existence the truth that you have contained within you everything you need to live heaven on earth with streets paved with gold has gone untold.
You came into this time space reality of your own accord, knowing that there would be many choices to be made and understanding that although you wouldn’t always make the “correct” choice that you would be able to find your way back to a path that leads to your truth. Now humanity finds itself in a place where the majority place the power for choosing their path and in some cases choosing their truth in the hands of someone else. They look outside themselves for guidance in every aspect of their lives, often times without looking with open eyes at those they are seeking advise/help from. You can find guidance, healing, health, wealth, happiness inside your quiet mind and loving heart. There are many tools to aid you in quieting your mind. Once your mind is quiet you will find that you are able to open yourself to a different perspective about life here on earth. We invite you to start the journey to the inside of you, and find your streets paved with gold.
