Yesterday we spoke of surrender, and we fully understand that is not something that you will do willing. We say to you this…you are surrendering to yourself. To the self that knows, what, why and how you came into this physical body. The self inside of you that is pure in heart and deed. The Christed You, it is the most important you. Sadly it is also the part of you that you are least familiar with, it is the part of you that is easily dismissed and/or ignored by the chatter in your head that you think is you but is not.

Go inside say WE, and investigate. Meditate and learn to know yourself.

Be still and KNOW YOU!

The still quiet voice within your heart

Persistence has its own reward
A quiet mind is the goal
Mind quiet peaceful is the soul
Then you can know

Learn to control the flow
Flow of thoughts

The voice in your head

Our last talk with you; was a while ago, by your time, but moments by our reckoning. Our typist has been distracted by moving and setting up in a new location and all that it entails. Today she is less distracted and hears our voice.

Today we wish to discuss, something that we read over her shoulder so to speak, it is not a topic that we asked her to seek on your internet as we often do, but one that came on its own. The author of the article was stating that meditation, without the “work” of working through trauma experienced was not the way to good mental health.

Now, since we are proponents of using meditation to heal your soul and body while quieting your mind, we desire now to state our opinion.

First this, any being who; has used meditation to quiet their mind in order to be well, will tell you that it is not a “stroll in the park”, as you say. It takes diligent effort on your part to set aside time, each and every day to meditate. Then the practice of allowing thoughts to pass through your mind without engaging in them; just allowing them to be and fade. Finally, with enough practice you are able to enter into mediation without thought, to just be in the moment. To be present; that is where you can create from the present; you are physically always only in the present.

It is not currently possible for you to be in the past physically, but you can and do spend time mentally in the past reliving all your trauma and disappointments, small and big hurts. You get the idea. Therefore, it is our considered opinion that since most of our human friends either cannot or will not spend time and money in “the work” of reliving their traumas working through the emotional upheavals that come with the looking at, experiencing, placing blame where it is do and forgiving, then moving on. We offer to you that meditation teaches you to quiet the mental part of you that drags you over and over into these unpleasant things and keeps you forever in the past, mentally. All the while, life is happening in the present and you do not move forward.

One of the points we continue to speak of in our role as teacher is that you step into the power of who you are. You are not the mouse perpetually being chased by the big bad cat. You are a physical extension of the Creator with the ability to create that which you desire. The path to this creation is a quiet mind and a loving, peaceful heart. When you are in that place all is possible. It is a matter of aligning yourself every day for brief periods of time. As is the saying practice makes perfect, but we say perfect practice makes miracles. Each day as you quiet your mind and slip into your heart you will find it easier and easier to maintain the alignment for longer periods. We are not talking hours here, just minutes of connection with all that is. It is not necessary to make a “special” place that is just for this purpose. Some of you will never get around to creating the place and then you begin to have a guilt reaction because you should and you have not. The first thing in your day, before your life gets in the way, even before you leave your bed a minute or two at that time when the connection created in your sleeping moments is still solid can be all that is needed. Our typist finds it easier in the shower when mind and body are distracted. The carrot we are holding out in front of you is practice makes miracles. So we entreat you to begin at your start of day tomorrow.

Close your eyes and breathe, connect to you. Your non-physical self waits to be your tour guide. Where you wish to go, what do you wish to see, what do you wish to KNOW? There are no limits. Just breathe, the lower down you go; the higher up you know.

In this your Holiday time we would speak with you about preservation of your wholeness. There is much that comes to the surface at this time of year, and most of it is not Joy, Holiday Cheer, or Good Wishes to man. The overriding emotion that our typist feels when out and about is “not enough”; not enough time, money, choices, etc. The “not enough” train is very long and is one that winds down into a place of overwhelming lack. We would suggest that you don’t buy a ticket for this ride, but instead use whatever tools come to your heart that allows you to maintain your wholeness. You are not lacking because a TV commercial has pointed out a “something” you don’t own. The latest gadget will not make you complete. A new computer game will not make you well.
We ask you to bring forward your knowing that you are the light of God shining in this time space reality called Earth. Your daily meditations are what you might call your “weapon of choice”. This daily connection to ALL THAT IS, which fills your being with love; you KNOW that you are a more than the physical body which you see in the mirror. We wish you to bring forth a knowing which you carried into physical form: That which you see/observe need not affect you. Your power is in the ability to effect a change in that which you see/feel. We are asking that you make one of your New Years ReSOULtions, be “I will see/feel this situation with my heart. There is nothing lacking within, I AM HOLY. ALL IS WELL. PEACE ON EARTH. GOOD WILL TOWARD MAN

A practical guide to a quiet mind.

The statement that my mind is quiet (without background conversations) and that a being can go about their day without “thoughts” in their head; is often received with skepticism. There have been many reasons for why this doesn’t/won’t work, let me then tell you of my walk with the Angels and the lessons and the tools given that lead to my quiet mind.

A caveat here there is still one area of my life that can cause my mind to explode with thoughts and that is when I perceive that something unwanted or threatening is coming at one of my Grandchildren, Great Nieces or Nephews…the youngsters in my family without the tools or ability to defend themselves.

Meditation is the first tool that I was given and let me tell you it’s not an easy thing to do. Any being who has accomplished the ability to sit still and empty their mind can pat themselves on the back for a job well done. Back in the day I had undergone some Transcendental Meditation training and so I wasn’t starting from ground zero. To sit quietly and let the thoughts pass through without my mind grabbing them for a bit of conversation, mostly negative took some work. When I was able to do it there was the reward of visions and conversations with Teachers and Masters. The long term reward was of course peace, but in the short term the chance conversation with Melchizedek or Mother Mary or some other being was enough to keep me trying.

So we are meditating daily and sometimes several times a day…in the quiet of the house by myself and feeling pretty good about the ability to do so and the peace that resulted. Now they say we want you to interact with people in public places and maintain the quiet in your mind. Not exactly what I had expected, but then with the Guides nothing ever is.

They never send you without instructions on how to accomplish the goal. The next tool I was given was “I am a being of the violet fire; I am the purity God desires”. Some of you will recognize this as one of St. Germain’s decrees, at the time I didn’t know who he was but had just met some folks who did and told me to Google him or the decree. When I did, I was surprised to see that he was one of Masters who had been speaking with me. I was asked to repeat this statement to myself whenever my mind started up a negative conversation. It is amazing how many times a day you can repeat two sentences. After a while it became automatic for the repetition to start when I felt the slightest discomfort or my mind grabbed at something negative. In the next two years I was given other statements always two sentences and always more than four words.

Try it for yourself pick two lines of a favorite poem, song or make up something completely silly that your mind can’t pick at. For example: Purple elephants like to skip in circles, Orange zebras are all the rage this year. It matters not what you say only that it is not negative and is able to distract you from joining in the conversation with your mind.
