You are worthy

Good Day to you,

We have spoken with you in the past giving you an image of All that Is as a music staff and on that staff is everything that ever was as will ever be. All that Is, is a term we use for the Creator of Creators, in case you were curious.

Today it is our desire to draw your attention to the indisputable truth that you are a note on the staff. We would like you to know that you are a note on the staff of music that is the All that Is; and that you exist in a perpetual state of grace. This is Truth. You think of a state of grace as something thing that you must strive for and then once it is attained you must be very watchful not to fall out of it. We tell you that all that you must do is to be aware that you are never disconnected from that flow of music. It is only necessary that you acknowledge this state of existence to bring it into your reality. There is no separation and you are not alone. You are worthy. Be still and know.

Now, we suggest some things to reflect upon

Good Day to you, always regardless of your current circumstances there exists, the possibility of a good day.

In this moment we have chosen to speak with you about trust. TRUST is a very big word. It conjures not only images but emotions. Historically in your society and religions the concept has been taught that you, your soul/inner self and your body can not be relied upon. 
In other words you as an individual should not trust yourself in any way. You must rely on something outside you to steer your boat (in case you haven’t noticed we are quite fond of that analogy). Your mental and physical reactions and perceptions you are told are faulty.

Over our time with our typist we have given a word of some import to her for the retreat that is held annually. The first was TRUST, the idea being that some time should be spent in reflection on that word and then finding subjects about which you could resonate with or Trust to be true for you. We desired that you would find positive things upon which you would reflect or upon reflection you would remove from your belief system things that your inner self knows to be false. It is our promise to you that your inner self has the right of it. It is only necessary for you to be still and know this.

Now, we suggest some things to reflect upon.

You were created as an individual of incomplete perfection.

The you we speak of is not the body that you see in the mirror but, the self that inhabits the body.

We say incomplete because you are now and always will be searching, and experimenting to create your next experience, so you are really never complete in that sense of the word. To quote our friends Abraham and Esther, “you can never get it done”. You will always be reaching for the next creation be, you physical or not.

The body is finite. You are not. Therefore the body is whole, perfect and complete. It may not look as you might desire. It functions as it was meant to do. It was meant to be healthy, it was meant to be the perfect vehicle that would aid you in your experimental creating.

Cooperative components

Good Day to you, here we are again to have a conversation with you. Today we will speak more specifically on a topic that we have briefly hinted at in the past.

We have often said to you that it is necessary to quiet your mind and to examine your beliefs. We have put it in the context of creating the best life you can. Now, we will take a quiet mind in a different slightly direction.

You understand that your mind body and consciousness/soul are cooperative components in your living experience. Many, many functions of your body are handled quite successfully without your knowledge or interference. Your body is meant to be healthy; it knows instinctively how to manage its various systems to keep you healthy. So, imagine for a moment that a perfectly healthy body finds itself occupied by a hypochondriac type of personality energy. In this case that body knows it is healthy but, it is still receiving messages from the personality that it (the personality) believes itself to be ill. The result of the persistent message from the personality to the body sets up if you will an emergency signal that something is wrong and the body/immune system goes on the hunt for the offending cells. Only to find there are no offending cells, so it relaxes and there it is again the emergency button is pushed with another announcement from the personality that the body is ill. Again the immune system is on the look for the illness and finds none. Two things begin to happen in the mind body consciousness/soul cooperative, the first is the immune system is becoming fatigued by the continual search for wrongness and the second is a conflict is set up within the body. This friends, is why you often hear that disease is a result of dis-ease within the body. For the most part you are unaware that the worried thoughts have sent up the dis-ease scenario within your body and are much discomforted by the statement that you might be the cause behind the illness.

We use the example of illness to illustrate that system overload that is initiated by thoughts of impending illness; in truth a variety of issues can cause inner conflict that triggers illness. Another example your image of yourself versus the mind body systems knowing of its perfection. Listen closely now friend, the problems/issues are fed to the mind body components by the personality. That which you feed the body mind complex from your thoughts, create that which you experience. You benefit in untold ways from a quiet mind that allows the cooperating components to perform miracles to behold.

We again leave you to ponder or not.

It is Law and cannot be denied

Now, you have within you a healing, a wonderful secret that you asked and you received and now you TRUST the Creator to bring to you that thing that you decreed. Now, you ALLOW the Creator to bring forth your decree in the manner/way that is for your highest good. Now, you ACCEPT that the Creator sees you as worthy and you SURRENDER to that worthiness. Now, you live YIELDING; to the Creator your life guided by your highest good.

Seek and find

Seek and ye shall find
Seek and find illness
Seek and find wonders
Seek and find
Seek and find health

The statement made by Jesus in the Sermon on the Mount, “seek and ye shall find”; applies in unwanted as well as wanted.
This day we would discuss with you this truth, if you seek you shall find. There is one particular area of seeking and finding that is upper most in our thoughts.
That is the seeking of illness/wrongness in the body and mind. When our friends are not feeling their best in any area of their life, we have noticed that they begin to seek outside themselves for what is causing their discomfort.

We acknowledge that some are truly not well and need the help of a physician to help their body/mind be well. 

We are speaking to those who go looking for the reason that they are unhappy with things in general and start going to this one and that one running tests looking for something to blame for the discomfort they feel. If you seek you will find, why we ask would you want to find illness in your body, when you could seek/reflect upon the reason for your unwanted feelings and transform yourself. You need not find cancer in order to change from the caterpillar into the butterfly, transformation from dis-ease to ease is a process that does not require medication. It does require meditation, reflection and effort on your part to quiet your mind and learn to live from your heart. Real wellness comes from the inside out not from the outside in. There are many paths and many teachers who offer methods on how this might be done. It is our suggestion that you seek in this area and find the method that resonates with you, that makes you feel joyous and curious as to how you can become the butterfly and not stay the caterpillar.

There is a time
There is a place
When sickness you do face
Is no time for judgment
It is time for Love
There is a place for solace

We wish to speak to you this day of dealing with illness. Upon receiving a diagnosis, we have noticed that most of you cry how can this thing happen to me and the proceed on a journey that includes self-examination of your life to see what went wrong that this should happen to you. We view this as bringing your past into your present and that does not affect your future in the manner that you are seeking. When you are seeking absolute wellness in the time of trying illness, it would serve you better to stay in the present. Self reflection is a fine method of self-improvement, berating oneself for being in a situation due to something from the past or some perceived personality flaw is not.

When wellness is sought, one needs to concentrate on feeling the absolute best that they can about themselves and life in general. The past is just that in the past and you can not affect it in the present. You can however affect your future from the present. So be kind to yourself and forgive you for anything that brought you discomfort in the past. Then move on to gloriously living in the present with joy and love.

The method to doing this is choice. Those of you know us well should have seen this coming. In each moment of your day choose wellness. It is more that choosing once a day, like taking one of your daily multi vitamins. It is consciously choosing every moment that your mind wants to focus on the condition of your physical body, and distracting your mind away by say “I choose to be well”. It will not serve you to acknowledge the pain and or the illness and then say “I choose to be well”, the best result will be if in the moment you are aware that the mind is telling you that you are ill, you tell it that you choose to be well. When your body hears “I choose to be well” or “I am on my way to glorious health and vitality” the cells react and begin to rebuild themselves into the image that you are creating for them. Your bodies were meant to heal themselves and store the knowledge to do so, it is just a matter of bypassing the knowledge in your mind and recall to yourself the knowledge of the cells.
