Deep inside each one
There is the music of soul
It is contained in the spirit well
Deep, Deep down inside you go
There you will find that which you know
You are Creator incarnate

The spirit well contains that which you brought into physical, those knowings that would sustain you in your sojourn in this time space realty. We say again to you that all you need can be found inside. There are those who would teach you thus and such and then speak to you that you have not attained the level to be included, with us. You are not……..

We say that You are and so much more. The desire to be in form and still KNOW that you are Creator is the hunger that each feels and is unable to name. Then because you can not name the hunger you search and search the world for that which resonates with you. AHA, you say, I finally found it, with these I belong. Only to find you do not in someway belong to these either. Your societies are more those of exclusion than inclusion. So for a while you lick your wounds and then start a new to search for where you belong, for the place that feels like home and the beings that are family. If you would only realize the “thing” you are searching for resides inside of you and that you may sit in your own living space and access it without anyone or anything outside yourself. Your personal spirit well contains all that you wish to have answers to,it does not require anything of you other than quiet moments of meditation, a mind that is still and a heart willing to listen to the quiet voice from within. The voice that says “Beloved, I AM here. Listen well, seek HERE and you WILL FIND!”

It seems today is a day when my Spirit connection is strong and  therefore I must write. I was going to “save” this for Monday, but of course that would be bringing past into present…so we present you with another message. Blessings

Oh, say you; do you really want to know
I ask because I care, says she
Up on the platform you go
The story now to tell
Let’s see I am today
Because of this yesterday
And this last week
Oh and when I was a child
Did I ever tell you about my ex?

Okay, now we start again
How are you says she
I am fine say you

No matter how you ask I am FINE

You all (must be a Southern Guide today) are so attached to your stories of woundedness that you cannot speak of  yourselves without telling the story of what came before. Realize you do not that “before” is in the past and only affects now because you allow it so. Part of having a quiet mind is not having a story to tell about  ALL the past hurts. The more you tell your story of what was, the more it becomes your – what is…and you know how WE feel about your what is. It is what is…unless of course it’s not. I am fine, means you forgave yourself for allowing what happened to affect your life, for you see you are in control of that and only that. You cannot change what happened only your reaction to it. Let go of your yesterdays in order to soar through your today.

How to visit the Spirit Well
Spirit well is found deep inside of you
You are the only one who has the key

If in this life experience you find one who has attained a state of being that you admire or desire; let their ability to do so serve as a statement that you also can attain such a state. It is not necessary that they become then Guru to you and that you must copy their method of attaining step by step without variation. These beings are proof positive that attainment is possible and their life demonstrates that if they can, so can you. You must know then that you have inside of you a spirit well that contains the key to your own attainment of what is desired. Each being has their own path to follow, and although bits and pieces of others methods might help; you will be most successful when you put said pieces together in your own way. You are not alone in this endeavor there are always non-physical beings/Angels ready to step up and help. First you must ask. Then you must listen.

We wish to speak today of healers and healing. You see that we are stepping off that “soap box” you speak of….for a bit. A healer is a facilitator for Spirit, and as such it is necessary that a healer not see the being before you in a healing as broken in anyway. We have asked you in the past to not inquire into the nature of the dis-ease that brings one to you. Next, the healer is ONLY the conduit that the energy flows through to the being seeking wellness, there is no need for action by the healer other than allowing the energy to flow. We understand the many methods in your time space reality that facilitate becoming well; some of these do require an action of one kind or another by the healer to create the path for flowing to the one seeking healing, that is not the action we speak of. Healing is a gift and as such must be given and received. Most healers give willing and Spirit always flows where asked so, the sticky part can be when the BEing seeking healing does not acknowledge the gift. We have spoken with you that the “gift” of the healing goes to the one seeking in a basket of sorts and they must open and receive that which is given. There is often a misconception on the part of the seeker of healing that they go to a healer and it is done. It is not done. It is the responsibility of the seeker to open and receive the gift that is given. It is necessary that they take part in the “work” that is done; healing is not a passive thing. The seeker must recognize their part is to choose to be well and to choose to accept the healing that Spirit offers. Spirit is not a Doctor that listens and hands out a pill or liquid that then takes care of the illness without any participation on the part of the ill one. Healing requires choosing to be well, and claiming the right to be well; as you learned in your sojourn in physical form this time. This is a choice to be made every day, or minute to minute dictated by what your physical self requires at any given time.

Can you put aside from you, the discord that comes from that which surrounds you?

Today they wish me to relay to the first time I “wrote” in a trance.
These writings come to me in a trace like state, with a quiet mind and a bit of music in the background; I sit at the computer and open myself to the Guides. First there is an acknowledgement that they are present and accounted for. Then some short statements that establish the link and then we are off and writing. A few years ago while meditating at my desk before starting my work for the day. There came a request. “Take a piece of paper out of printer and put pen in left hand.” HUH? I am righthanded.  By then I had learned to follow instructions fairly well, so I did as asked. With my left hand I wrote the following:
I am here with you
My name is Gregory
I bring you news from home
Now be prepared
I am Gregory
Be prepared – All is Order
WE are here
This is your dance
You know the steps.
Okay, so know I am REALLY excited and somewhat taken aback by this happening. That was only step one. Next the voice said keep your eyes closed and stand up…sit down…stand up. Now open your eyes. With my eyes closed the feeling was of being 10 feet tall and that my head was in the upstairs bedroom. I was expanded. When the request to open my eyes was given, I was shocked to find that I was well contained in my physical body.
The feeling of being expanded was gone, and boy did I want it back! So, the next day I tried again, the music, a pen and a journal to receive the message. That was 7 years ago and I am ever seeking expansion, so each day I write.

Is everybody scared?
They choose for you
Fear from outside
Peace they don’t allow
Time to stop

It might seem you that we are on what you would call the “soap box”, in that we are still speaking of not allowing your media to dictate your emotions/reactions. Each day you start by checking to see what is: there is Ebola, wars, murders, and kidnappings; the list of horrific things is endless. You must look hard indeed to find something that brings joy to your screens. We wish to bring to your awareness that it is possible to view all of this and not be taken up in the whirlpool of negativity to the extent that it affects your ability to be. Oh, you say it is what it is and it is thus. Writing down what is, is all in the pencil of the writer. Emphasis on one word or another changes the energy of the story. This is a known to you, so why do you allow the writer of that story to write your story?
It is time to stop allowing outside yourself to dictate in anyway how you feel inside yourself. Would you willing choose to allow this to be attracted to you and allow it to continue attracting? We think not.
So we say to you, quiet your mind and see that you can create a different outcome in your universe.
What is need not continue unless you make it so.
Allow peace to flow.

Reflect upon Allowing

The Angels come to sing the name
The name that is not spoken but always remains the same
The name of the Creator
No matter how you call this one
The name is the only word
And the word is LOVE

We seek to speak to you of fear. In this physicality that you have chosen there are only two choices. Love or fear.  In the media love is scarce and fear is rampant. You have the knowing that every being is asking and receiving, and that is as it was promised. You understood that when you were birthed in to physical form that this would be. All would be asking and all would be receiving. Now you are here and everyone is asking and their asking is not what you would receive. So you stand and say, “Change your request so my universe can be as I wish”. Then you mark each other with labels and insist that all those with the same label group together and ask the same question and then fight for the same outcome. Understand the fight against is not productive. There cannot be a fight against anything that will be successful. What is successful is to allow each her own. If you can stand in your universe and judge not that which you see outside yourself only allow, then slowly day by day the fear retreats and Love steps forward. The energy wasted each minute in fighting against will never come again and all the time you are fighting against you are not asking and receiving that which would fill your soul. Americans are known for fighting against and fighting for the underdog and fighting for right. Over the last century you have been fighting against many, many things and they are still in your realty and you keep on fighting. Now would be a good time to stop fighting and allow, to seek and let “unto each his own”, turn your cheek and seek something that gives you joy. A minute spent in joy, sustains your soul and fills you with peace and in that minute like energy joins with yours and you create joy. Would it not serve you better to be joined with others and create joy that leads to love than to fight against? We ask that you reflect upon the outcome of allowing.

ALL must know that they can find the path, the light, the way

Things to use when you are grown

Integrity, is a tool to help you to be at peace
Discernment, is a tool for distinguishing right and wrong..not the middle road
It makes the walk a straighter path to the Christed life
The world is gray they keep it that way hoping you’ll get lost
In all the choices you don’t make to choose the lighted path
Hope is found when you learn to say “I listened to what I think”
I feel a longing to put my feet upon another path
There is peace and joy and hope and LOVE
